Policies:Florida Beach House Rental on Barefoot Beach, Bonita Springs, Florida ARRIVAL: All check in procedures will be detailed in your confirmation. Directions will be provided to your Florida beach house rental at that time. Keys will be sent to you by Fed Ex upon receipt of full payment of fees prior to your arrival. Final and full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. FURNISHINGS: Similar beach house rentals may offer the basics for an extended vacation. Our Florida beach house rental is appointed with upgraded furnishings, décor and electronics. Included for your use are 4 flat screen HDTVs, 4 dvd players, home theatre stereo, a fully equipped kitchen including dishes, glassware and tableware for ten. An office is included with new computer, LCD monitor, wireless broadband internet connectivity, printer and fax. The kitchen includes coffee pot, griddle, toaster, mixer, microwave, blender, pots, pans, casserole dishes, kitchen utensils, fire extinguisher and standard cleaning equipment meaning mop, vacuum and broom. Linens for bed, bath and kitchen are included. Playpens, cribs and children’s safety gates can be rented from local vendors if needed. An outdoor gas grill is on the property and can be used on the ground floor lanai only, at your risk. HOUSEKEEPING: Our property will be cleaned prior to your arrival and will be cleaned after your departure. Maid service is available through local services at an hourly rate. No household supplies are included other than the soap and tissue provided upon arrival. There is a washer and dryer in the unit.
